Creative Media Marketing is a full-service beauty and lifestyle public relations and influencer marketing agency. During my internship, I supported press and influencer outreach for brands including La Roche-Posay, Biologique Recherche, Hempz, Haus Labs, and YENSA. I created monthly PR reports, tracked media and social placements, and kept press materials up to date.

I helped organize and execute creative mailers and seeding initiatives for top-tier editors and tastemakers in the beauty industry. I also drafted editorial pitches, conducted trend forecasting and media research, and selected influencers for gifting campaigns to increase brand visibility and press coverage.

La Roche-Posay Pride In Dermatology 2024

I was honored to attend and assist at La Roche-Posay’s Pride in Dermatology event, a unique initiative promoting skincare awareness while celebrating and supporting the LGBTQ+ community. Over 500 dermatologists, influencers, and journalists came together to amplify this mission.

At the event, I supported guest registration, managed influencer and media check-in, coordinated product displays, and assisted with on-site logistics to ensure a seamless guest experience. This experience strengthened my ability to manage live events, collaborate across teams, and contribute to campaigns with a strong social impact focus.

Hempz SPF and Beauty Actives Launch

I had the privilege of contributing to the execution of Hempz’s SPF and Beauty Actives Collection launch event at Island Oyster on Governors Island. My role included managing influencer and media check-ins, supporting guest list coordination, and assisting with product seeding initiatives.

Biologique Recherche

I crafted and executed over 100 creative deliveries for top-tier beauty editors and lifestyle tastemakers to support the launch of Biologique Recherche’s Progeskin serum, a new product designed to visibly reduce signs of aging. Through personalized packaging and targeted outreach, these deliveries helped generate brand buzz and strengthen media relationships within the beauty industry.
